Excellent communication and fast turnaround time. Had a problem with my Colnago carbon fork and a replacement was unavailable. Considered scrapping the bike until I discovered Doktor Bike! Highly recommended for all carbon frame or fork repairs.

I had a problem with my seatpost and wanted to know if a dent in my carbon frame posed a risk if I continued using my bike.
My seatpost problem was solved.
I would have gladly left my bike there for the complete repair. He said it would take about a week, including painting, etc. Unfortunately, we left too soon.
I had a WhatsApp video call with him beforehand, which allowed me to show him the problem directly.
Thanks to a tip about a small piece of metal, my chain can no longer slip between the frame and chainring, thus preventing further damage. He immediately recommended a bike shop where the part was installed the same day.
Very lovely people who simply wished me a pleasant remainder of my vacation and didn't ask for payment.
